Due to the nature of poshaks, pooja materials, and religious accessories, we accept returns or exchanges only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items.
Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
After verification, we will arrange an exchange or issue a refund as applicable.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. Slight color or design variations are not eligible for return or exchange.
