Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of checkout. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Brij Poshak Grah is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or festivals.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
